lol, I saw 42x30, I thought I was going to see a monster of a rug :)
lovely little Kerman rug from mid 1950s. Lost the fringe, some corner wear, some blooming of the pile, and a may need a wash? Colors still look decent, I would figure $80-100 purchase price would be fair/reasonable private party. Of course the less paid the better :)

yea, i wouldn't even come close to having a room to fit a rug that big!
well, i ended up paying 50 for it, but shipping and packaging will be thirty, so i'm sitting at 80 altogther...which i think is pretty good...
...i like the style of rug and era and i think it'll tie in nicely w/ my other kermans...
...so, the hunt goes on for the sarouk for our dining room... thanks again for your comments...
