I've pretty much only seen it spelled Kork, Kurk, Qurk. So many of these words get muddled by the translation as they seem to be spelled phonetically which inevitably has it's own spin.

You're correct to question that rug though. It's probably not Kurk wool as they say... As with many of these auctions.
