Having no knowledge of rugs, I was looking for some information on a friends new acquisition. The rug about 49 inches by 79 inches. It's in very nice condition and I think she made a very good purchase.
The first image is the face and the other two are the back side along with close ups in case that helps.
I do have another overhead shot if that will help any, but it does not show the entire rug.
Can anyone tell by the design alone where this carpet was made and it's approximately age? There are no identifying marking on the back as far as I can tell.
It has some minor discoloration or fading across one end and the rug, but overall it's in very good condition.
The rug is in a small room and at this time I had nowhere else to take a better photo of it showing the entire rug. I was shooting hand held with 400 speed film converted to a CD, so pardon the quality and lighting.
