The Oriental Rug Retailers of America tend to give high appraisals but Meshad is known for some of the finest and worst rugs
made. That's only about $100 sq. ft. It's not an Amogili but it looks like a nice rug. I'm sure it would retail for that somewhere.

It's a pretty rug but I think anyone would be hard pressed to fetch that kind of price on craigslist. Craigslist is a buyers market and I think wholesale prices, not retail, represent closer to what people are willing to pay on there.

But then again I'm sure there are exceptions...
