I am assuming that your photos are not very good but the rug is in very good condition. It is a very fine Silk Qum signed Razavi. It is between 10 to 20 years old and if you want to buy it in a shop you probably have to pay upwards of $5000

Sharafi is right. This is a very fine Ghom (Qum) rug. One corner of the fringes are frayed. Still it worth around $5000 to $7000 in US.
