Well, since you asked about real Kashan - it is not. It is a rug made in Ardakan with Kashan Design.

A good Ardekan might cost as much as a bad Kashan. For your rug - about 350 x 250 cm or between 8 x 11 and 9 x 12 in size? Should not be more than 700.00 and 900.00 USD retail. It is a commercial mass production rug from the 1990's - handknotted and not a bad quality, but nothing of great value
