Sorry for poor quality of photos and not with all information needed; I haven't seen these rugs in person yet.

Can any of you give me any ID, value and what would be a good estate sale price to pay for any of these?

It is possible this may be other than Paki. Please upload more detailed photograph of the corner of the rug from the reverse side showing selvage, fringe and knotting
