This is a hand made needlepoint rug. It does have some value, they do tend to be lower in value compared to hand knotted rugs right now. There do appear to be some color migration issues in the green going into ivory. This can be addressed by a capable cleaner, although the cost may be high since the carpet is so large. Having return on this investment may take considerable time as well. As for construction, country of origin, etc, we would need to see photographs of the back of the rug.
