There are large rug producing companies making everything from Gabbeh, Nain and Tabriz. The cost of labour there is a lot less than in Nain, Isfahan or Tabriz. Also these companies use lower grade wool to produce cheaper rugs.
If it was a real Tabriz with high grade kurk wool the Price Sharafi & Co. postet would be the shop Price. For the rug I would give an estimate of 2000.00 - 2500.00 USD since it is no original but an iranian copy.
Is the quality of the wool bad? If so, how do you tell? Also, I'm a bit confused by you "no original but an iranian copy". It was made in iran so I dont get how its an "iranian copy" unless you mean "tabriz copy".
Thanks!
