Here is another rug that I'd like to identify. As you can see from the photos, it's VERY worn. There is actually a hole in one area, and another area with a slit, which looks almost as if it's been cut with something. I wonder if it has any value at all. lol

This runner is 14'2" long and 3' wide.

this certainly is a worn rug. this appears to be a turkish sivas or something akin, probably woven around 1930's? I am not too familiar with this type but they are known for being a bit coarser, not particularly desirable for the age. Runner dimensions I do believe to be a bit more unusual for sivas, although I would not say this rug has any significant value other than decorative considering it always was a fairly commercial hand made rug and it is quite worn as you note.
