I bought this rug today for 30 dollars. The people selling it said it was an antique, which i doubt, but I liked the colors and the price was right. Can anyone give me any information on it? Type, Age, Value? Thanks!

After several hours of research I am assuming this is a Baluch tree of life prayer rug. Although I may be wrong. I know the red surrounding the natural/white ground is very common. What I can't seem to do is come up with an age or a timeline for this rug. Do they still make this type of rug? Any information would be helpful! Thanks!

Hi yes you are right it is a Baluch tree of life prayer rug
i would say it is 1970 there abouts
