Please help me identify my Persian runner

Hi- I recently purchased a Persian runner from an estate auction however I do not know much about it. It measures 10ft 2inches in length excluding the fringe, and 3ft 1 inch in width excluding the fringe. This rug is also signed. I would appreciate any information that anybody can give me such as what type of rug it is, who it is signed by, and how much it is worth. Hopefully the pictures that I have provided are sufficient. Thank you

With rugs it is always useful to post pictures of the back. Your pictures all seem to be the same. However, I believe it is a Persian Hamedan about 20 to 30 year750s old and the replacement value of it is about $750
