Belouch rug?  6' by 9' (+) seems large?

Ran into this rug in my neighborhood. Guy that owns it says its a Belouch from Pakistan. It seems big for a Belouch based on what I've read, but, some of the pattern seems right. 6 feet by 9 feet and a few inches.

Could this be a hand made Belouch?

What would be a reasonable price?

Any info appreciated!

It appears to be Baluch. You do find larger Baluchis but not usually older than 25 years and this seems to be relatively new. It seems like quite a good piece. I think in a shop you would have to pay anything between $1000 to $1500.
