This looks like a Kashan design runner. This has a little more sale potential than the other I would say. looks like it has more knot density.
Don't know the size, looks like it has slight color run on the back. If this translates to the front, it may affect value. Both the rugs you presented would be good candidates for verifications. I can't tell the exact knot count, but it looks pretty good. The market is funny right now, especially with private sales. Condition is everything.

They won't give you a retail value relation unless the rug is seen in person, but at the very least, the public will know it's been reviewed by the independent resource
