There's no reason why something like this shouldn't get some decent $ on eBay (depends on size, but maybe a 3x5 something like $100 +/- if it's in good shape), although CL may get higher value.
It's a nice piece. What size is it? Most people would call this a "Bokhara design" which is derived from tekke rugs and other predecessors. . It's not a cheap version like the double knotted Jaldars from Pakistan, but it's not the highest grade either. This looks like it may be a "Hamadan" type.
