Hi, price is ok, but age and kpcm² are not correct. Made around 1970-80, probably 360.000 - 420.000 knots per m².

It looks like a 40-50 years old Persian Quom with a kurk pile and the price is reasonable for a private buyer if the rug is in good condition.
