I have a question: Is the rug appraisal service on this site for free?

I just need to know what they will sell for.

Two 90-line carved Chinese rugs in excellent condition.

There is a blue with accents colors and an off white with blue and accent colors.
They compliment each other.

One is 8X10 or 11 with fringe, the other 9x11 or 12 with fringe.

Both are clean and have no visible stains or damage.

(These are my Mom's and I can't remember which one was the bigger -- but I also think one is Aubusson and the other Chinese but I will check)

I know how much she paid for them too, she bought them in Paine's Furniture, an upscale store in Boston.

Thanks!

I can eventually... if I can figure out how to post them here.

Here are the specifics:

The blue one is Chinese 90, 9x12 with fringe

The other is offwhite/blue accents Chinese 90, 8x10 with fringe

Basically they look like what you have on the 90 - line page and were in a home with two older people so they have very little wear, and are clean.

(I have two 9X12s that I bought in the same store Paine's of Boston, emerald green and then off white with chinese green and peach accents both Chinese 90 line coordinating same styles and complimentary colors, and I wouldn't give them up for the world! They are perfect.)

Images of these two rugs will definitely help. If you need to get expert opinion, it's always free on this website. However, if you need to get an official certificate, dealers will do it for a small fee per rug.
