craiglist rug, machine-made?

The photos of this Craigslist rug are very small so I can't read the label. The back looks very regular, and I would associate the amount of information on the label with manufacturing rather than handmade. What do you think? (I'm not sure that the Craigslist thread is active, it's a while since I've been here), if anyone has expert opinion I'd be grateful.
