I am a working artist with very little cash, but I love a beautiful rug. I am in pursuit of something colorful and bold that I can have around for a awhile in the 5-7 ft range. I really do not want a rug from Target, and would love to find the best style and quality I can on my meager budget.

When I look at rugs on ebay I can find some that are really cheap, around $150 with $70 shipping, such as this:

or $299 with free shipping as seen here:

I often see %99-%100 positive reviews for these people out of hundreds of customers. I don't know if I am naive or overly cautious but is this some wild scam? Can these rugs really be this inexpensive and can you really have that many totally positive reviews? Will this rug melt if water gets on it? Will it spontaneously combust? Or will my rug arrive only for me to awaken in a bath tub full of ice with me missing a kidney the next morning?

I know this is not going to be a lifetime rug, and I am okay with it being machine made, I just really don't want to be taken for a ride.

Sincerely,
Laura

Both rugs you posted are ok. As you know for yourself, they are no quality products, but still handmade and you will enjoy them for a while.
