Rug Found In Trash. Machine Made? Worthwhile to Repair?

Hi, I'm new, so forgive me if I'm doing something incorrectly.

Anyways, we found a rug left out as trash. I don't know what possessed us to pick it up, but we did and it's been sitting in storage for a few years. We're curious as to whether or not it's worth keeping/repairing. My gut tells me it's machine made, but I don't have a clue what I'm talking about. We were thinking maybe it could be cut down or made into two carpets if it was worthwhile and the damage is too extensive to repair (the fringe ends are completely missing).

Anyways, I've attached some pictures as requested from here plus some extras just in case. Please let me know if more are needed.

Unfortunately, your gut is right. This is a machine-made piece. Machine-made rugs do not hold their value very well when in good condition, and this one seems to be in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't worry about keeping or repurposing it.
