Persian carpet details age and value

I have three Persian rugs acquired about 15 years ago while living in Singapore. I generally know the type and age and value but have lost the fine details. I will post them one by one and ask for comments on the rugs, their age and expected value. Thank you. This is first posting and i am not completely sure how to do this but hopefully it works.

First one is a Persian Afshar "Shahr Babak" and around 40 years old and if in perfect condition, worth around $500. Second rug is a medium quality Persian Bakhtiar, again around 40 years old, and if the size is roughly 6' X 9', it is worth about $650-$700. About the third rug, I am not sure it is a Persian rug, more detailed images would help, but it is a beautiful piece.

Thank you for your response. The third rug is an Uzbeck Samarkand carpet of silk and wool. The design is unusual and very attractive. I am not sure of the age, but I think its older than 50 years old. This information came from another member.
