Hello Fabien, welcome to the forum.
To be able to identify rugs properly, it is a great help if you post a few more pictures, one should be a close up from the back of the rug showing the knots and both edges. For information about value it is helpful to know the exact size.

This is a Pakistani Bukhara carpet with a cotton foundation and a wool pile. The wool looks and feels so soft some may think it was silk. I am not sure about the European market, but it sells for $12-$14 per square foot in the U.S. retail market, and they used to be much more popular a few years ago than they are today.
