I need help identifying the way these rugs were made, what they are made of and what they are worth. First one is 9'6" x 6'5"; the second one is 7'8" x 5'3" and the third is 6'6" x 4'5".

All three are machine made rugs, with synthetic material of pile (not natural wool) and not worth much. My guess is that they are Chinese, but I am not sure.
