If it is a 9 X 12, it is worth around $2400-$2600. The second one is a Persian Mashad, and has the signature of the weaver which reads "Aftabi" on it. If it were signed by a famous weaver, it would definitely affect the value of the rug, but it is not. Again for a 9 X 12, the value for a private party would be around $2200-$2400.
