Valuation and authenticity on Silk handmade rugs

I am currently planning to buy a quality rug for my new dining room. I have shopped around a bit and have identified two potential candidates. I would apreciate an expert opinion as to the value of the 2 rugs and authenticity. The Gold rug is claimed to be a Nain 6LAH 500 PKSI, hand made silk rug and the red rug is claimed to be a higher quality but I believe it is not a Nain. Can you help with a estimate of what I should be looking at price wise for each rug and any advice on if they are real macoy.

Both rugs are of irainian origin, one is from Nain and one is from Isfahan. I can only open the first attachment. The picture is to small to give a detailed price, but both rugs are of high quality. Size is ca. 3 x 2 m?
