Hello friends,

I have a couple of carpets, and I am curious about their origins and
perhaps age. They were given to me by a friend, but he couldn't quite
remember where they were from. One of them may be from Egypt...

The large carpet is 240x150 cm (7'10.5" x 4'11.1"). On the picture it is
folded once. It has been cut off and was maybe 20-30 cm wider before.
Perhaps it was also taller; it looks a bit rough on the edges. There are no
fringes, they may have been removed. It looks a bit rough in general, and
is rough to the touch. I like the colours and pattern.

The small one is 94x69 cm (3'1" x 2'3.2").

Good day.
