For sure never 1900 - 1939, it is max. 15 or 20 years old. It is commercial Qum quality from the mid 1990`s. Nice design and color, but weave and production is at the lower end. Damaged by water or animal urin (picture 7 and 8) - the colors ran. Difficult to get these stains out.
