The seller claims this rug has 450 kpsi, but here's the photos he sent. He it bought in Iran, kork wool, has certificate showing kpsi 450. How many can you count?

and it is no Kashan - it is a Meshed with Kashan design. Price is ok since the rug looks like it is in very good condition. 121 kpsi is correct.

Thanks KAD for your rug knowledge (and Shereen too for playing along:) I guess the point of this post is to not believe everything people tell you. Without the extra photos of the 'quarter on knots' it would have been easy to believe the paper that states the kpsi at 450, I don't know if the seller 'got ripped off' or what the actual facts were...just wanted to share this info.
