Pay attention to feedback someone would not just say this "The rug was completely shot. Put it in the garbage." unless they were completely disgusted with what they received...I've bought a lot of things from eBay, read the feed feedback, try to deal with people who have 100% (not always possible, but e-mail them questions and see how they respond).

Thank you. I'm looking at Manhattan Oriental now and liking what I see so far. Most of the rugs are way outside my budget but I like some of the ones within it, and the seller looks good so far.
