Hello! I am so glad to have found this website and forum! So much information, especially for someone new to Persian carpets. My family has been dealing with them for over 30 years, but I am new to the company and learning more every day. I would like to see if anyone can help me in some identifications. I know some of these are Qom and Tabriz, but I am having trouble identifying them myself. Please let me know if you can help. I will be VERY thankful!

Sorry for the double post. I forgot to post the sizes. Here they are:

(All in centimeters)
1-93*93
2-93*93
3-75*59
4-90*60
5-120*78
6-154*94
7-153*93

I will really be thankful to any thoughts or ideas on these carpets. Any ideas of origins, or value?

Also, might I mention, the first two are about 700kpsi and the rest are about 400. All 100% silk (I think).

Thank you so much for any help!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Sorry for being a bit direct: Is there no one in your company to help you? If your company is dealing with persian carpets since 30 years, it should be easy for anyone working there to identify all rugs are chinese reproductions - none of them is Qum or Tabriz. The quality seems to be ok so far, at least what I can see from the pictures. For a better appraisal you need to post better detail pictures.

Hello KAD,

Thank you for your reply. I must admit to you, my company has been dealing in oriental carpets for over 30 years, but I myself have not. Just having spoken with some of the experts we have, they did tell me they are Chinese reproductions. They said some of them are similar to Qum design, and still high quality. Like I said, I have not been dealing with oriental rugs for very long myself. And I came to this forum to learn about rugs on my own. I always have the experts at my gallery that I can ask, but on the side I try to find information on my own. So I thank you for your help.

In fact, I have a few more rugs that I would very much like for you to look at. Can you give me your thoughts on these?
Here are the sizes:

1: 204*136
2: 166*120
3: 181*118
