Not a Farahan, but an old Malayer. The "Mostoufi" design is a bit unusual, but what BANNED exactly means, I have no clue. The same pattern has been woven in other types of Persian rugs such as Tabriz and Senneh, and still is. I think the seller made a minor mistake by the number of Zeros in the price. I don't know, I could be wrong.
