Should this unstraightness of edge 1.25" from center to end effect value?

Hi. I am considering buying this rug from a rug retailer who has been in business 30 yrs in the greater Chicago area. I laid the rug out totally flat and can see the edges kind of curve. On this roughly 8x10 rug, one end is 1.25" shorter than the middle, the other is 0.25" shorter than the middle. Is this level of unstraightness normal for a $41.20/sq ft rug, or does this level of unstraighness further diminish the value, suggesting I should negotiate a discount for this? I don't know if this is normal. This is a handspun, hand knotted, wool pile cotton foundation rug.

beautiful carpet. this is made in northern india. the measurements fall within acceptable standards so long as there is no buckling or the rug does not lay flat it is ok. I cannot comment on price, but this is quite a pretty carpet with very careful designing
