Identification and approx value of these 2 old rugs

Hi

I believe the larger rug 142 cm x 192 cm as pictured in the first 2 pictures is a heriz but i would like confirmation of this and any valuation thats possible.

first is 1920's or 30's hand knotted persian heriz, possibly lower grade azar by slight curvilinear motif. have it cleaned, washed, overcasted and finished, it would be a very nice rug. Second rug is a maybe northwest hamedan possible malayer

The first rug is a Persian Ahar (from Heris area). I would have it washed and restored if I were you. The second rug is Mazlaghan or Malayer. It is completely worn and not worth much.
