States 1200 KNPI? Does Not Appear to be Higher Than 600 KPSI. Seller May be Counting Double Ply Silk as 2 Separate Knots.

E.G. a Typical High Knot Count Qum May Measure 23x25 = 575 KPSI, a 2 Ply Incorrect Knot Count May Yield 23x50 = 1150.

good point. if this rug were 1200 kpsi, the seller would want to prove it. The design is sharp, but not 1200 kpsi sharp. I agree with your guess of 600
