Appraisal on a persian rug needed

I aquired a rug from my grandmother. I'm told it's a persian rug and most likely it is from the city of Esfahan. I know the rug is around 40 to 50 yrs old or older.I haven't measured its exact size yet but i know it's around 15' x 17'. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi, to me the rug looks like a Tabriz. Real nice rug. Please post a picture like the one I added. Looking at the back of the rug will make it easier to tell what it is. A little closer than the picture I added would be even better. It is important to see the fringes, how they are secured, and the selvedge on the long side. Please add a measuring tool or a quater coin to the picture.

Yes, not Isfahan based on colour and design, most probably Tabriz.
