About to purchase, need advice (Qom, Isfahan, Nain rugs)

Greetings,
I am new to this site, and to the rug world, but have been doing my research (quite a bit), and have learned a great deal from reading posts here and looking at pictures.

I am currently deployed to Iraq, and have been shopping around for Iranian rugs.

I found some that I like, and I am looking for some input to make sure I don't get taken advantage of when it comes to price and value. I'm looking to go back to this guy in the next few days, maybe to purchase if the price is right.

I took some quick pictures, here is the link, and in the caption of each I put where they are from. #1(Esfahan) and 2 (Nain) are roughly 3.5' to 4' x 6' to 6.5' feet, and the remaining 4 (Qom) are smaller prayer-rug size. I didn't get any pictures of the back of the rugs, but I am comfortable that they are hand made. They are very tightly woven and appear to be very high knot counts as the vendor claims.

Each are signed, and you can zoom in pretty close to see the signatures.

Any thoughts on value and quality would be greatly appreciated!
Particularly, what would be the U.S. retail price be for these rugs?
How about future investment quality?
Side note: in the background of #1 there is a Tabriz rug which the vendor said was a common design, so it is less expensive than the others, which are all "one of a kind"...thoughts on that one?

By the way, here are the asking prices for each rug shown above:

1) $2,000 4x6
2) $2,000 4x6
3) $1,200 prayer rug size
4) $1,600 prayer rug size
5) $1,800 prayer rug size
6) $2,000 prayer rug size

I inquired about purchasing #1-2-4-5-6, and the seller came to $9,000 for the whole lot, and would add #3 for $1,000 if I wanted that one too.

So, before further negotiation, the lot of 6 would be $10,000.

Are these reasonable prices? Is it a good deal or should I pass?

If you are talking retail price comparison then yes it's probably a good deal (if they are what they're saying they are!) but I'd be pushing as low as possible.

It's impossible to tell what they really are/how good they are without good photos of the back and close up of the pile.

Although it is difficult to give you advice just by looking at the pictures, I think prices are reasonable, and you should still be getting a better package deal. Just remember you will not be able to bring them into the U.S. because of the embargo. I wish you luck.
