100-120 is kind of normal for Afghan rugs. Chobis and Khal Mohammadis are normally in this range (10 knots by 11 knots). For a floral design like that there would normally be a bit more just to allow for a more curved design. But because the design is not overly busy it looks good even at 110.
I'd say 14/14 would be considered fine in Afghan rugs - 8/8 is the bottom end of typical - 10/10 - 12/12 would be the normal range.
More important is a) that you like it and b) if the quality of wool is good.
