Hi, This rug is 29" x 51". It feels heavy and looks like all wool but then again, it is bound on all sides so I can't be sure of the warp. Is this another rug remnant? Please help me ID it, and date it. Thanks.

You posted another rug like that some time ago. It is from the same rug. Most likly it was a runner that was cut into some pieces. It is wool. The selvedge was addes by machine after the rug was cut into smaller fragments.

Yes, it does look similar, the border is the same. I didn't put them together, but I see it now.d'oh! I thought it was different as the pattern is a little different.
What kind of Persian rug is this called?
