Is this a good price? Any comments on authenticity, condition, pattern appreciated.

This Isfahan is far better than the other one you posted. Price is fair since it seems to be a brand new rug, and prices for Isfahan, Tabriz and Qum are very high in Iran. But a little discount is possible all the time.

BTW I checked with the seller and asked for a detailed picture of the back of the rug with a ruler placed on it. Turns out that I was only able to count 21 knots in an inch - so the rug is more like a 440 KPSI rug. I an not an expert but know that KPSI is not the only thing. Given that the seller has over-stated the KPSI significantly (not just a rounding up that most do - seller states this to be be 645 KPSI rug), is the price of $1400 good (it is coming out to $119 per sq. ft).

Then the price should be a little lower. But it is a nice rug, and as you mentioned kpsi is not everything.
