Is this a Chinese silk on silk or Qum or Kashmir? The seller does not know but believes it is Qum and claims to have priced it as a Chinese silk on silk. Any insights/ comments? Also not clear if this is 600 KPSI.

Thanks. I was able to verify that the KPSI is in the range of 600. What would be a reasonable price for this?
