I'm hope Im not as dumb about rugs as I sometimes show on the forum,
but this is a big 10X13 rug that the owner doesnt' know what it is.

Thanks for your input/answer. That makes sense. Since my original post I got this picture (crude attempt to show a sq inch) would probably shows a 18X18 count. Previously I remember KAD statement that Kashmir can be 18X18 silk on cotton or 24X24 silk on silk
