I have the distinct feeling I'm missing some context here. Is this a weird scam or just weird? Can someone help out? Thanks. Shereen attached the following image(s):

No scams. All of this and all that is described in the book is true. I know this story from beginning to end, because I know the author of this book and the owner of the carpet.

Thanks, Bukhara. Perhaps you can tell him that he should put "rectangle" rather than "animal skin" for shape of rug, and not have it in the category of "carpet tiles".
