Here is a seller who beats Krowgyrl's EBAY rug seller. His carpet is a "ANTIQUE PERSIAN LILIHAN OUSHAK SERAPI SAROUK RUG10x13."
http://rover.ebay.com/ro...&mtid=824&kw=lg. Apparently it comes from Iran, but somehow is an Oushak. Moreover in the body of the description he tells us that this rug was woven "IN THE CITY OF LILIHAN SAROUK IN IRAN." The reason it is antique is that it was "WAS HAND WOVEN IN 1970s" making it less than 40 years old. Furthermore the rug is "THE DESIGN OF THIS RUG IS KNOWN AS KASHAN CLASSIC". I'm not sure how it is an Oushak and Serapi, but what the heck that adds a few extra keywords to spam.
The topper is that this carpet is for sale for $9.99 with a mere $189.00 shipping. So that if you return the item it would cost you more to ship than you could possibly recover.
