This larger one has a tag on the back that says "Hamadan":
The edge is crooked.. definitely imperfect:
Two smaller prayer rugs with a similar design. Not sure if these two rugs are from the same place as the top one or a different place.

All from about 1960-70.
The first looks more Iran Kurdish to me. Design is Turkish. Not very amazing, i am sorry.

First one is Hamedan from Iran circa 1970. Second one is an Iranian Beluch. When you look at very closely you can see the fringes ( white wool instead of brawn wool ). You can also find many afghan beluch but this is not an Afghan. Last one is bughara from Afghanistan. You can see the gul motif. Good luck.
