Very true. And in all honesty, I've seen this exact type of rug offered by other sellers on eBay: May not even have been acquired overseas. I guess you can't blame someone for wanting to retire early!
The idea is there though.... If there is a good investment quality rug in the current market, I would say these War Rugs from the 80's to 1990 sure do have more dollar for dollar appreciation potential than most any other pieces recently made.
