What does "professionally restored" mean?
This seller has good reviews but very cheap prices.
I don't see how you could paint this, so what does "professionally restored" imply?

Don't know, but look at the 'Returns'-"7 day merchandise credit..." this isn't good enough, you need to be able to get your $ back, not just a credit. Remember with eBay, if you return an item, the seller can void the transaction, so the buyer can't post that the rug was not worth keeping. Some even have others post a lot of good feedback, to raise the percentage.

All this is invaluable advice, before I take the first plunge. Thank you!
