i don't know the market for these all that well, but design looks kashan, weave is chinese or Indian.

It is chinese Art Silk 200 line. I think it would sell on ebay around 250 USD, if it has no major defects. To me it looks like it just needs a wash, and it will be fine again.

try to put your finger into the pile .if it feels loose or easily you can feel the knots or it is medium pile .
and ,if there is a gray color ( not as hi light) or no red at all it is PAKISTAN .market value for it in here is $250.
