Balouch, looks Afghan although the cotton warp (fringes) is unusual; it's normally wool on Afghan Baluch. We sell then in the UK at retail for about £300 so the above suggestion for eBay is probably about right if you can get it.

i"m sorry, but there is no cotton in that carpet -- wool on wool.
