40 year old Iranian tribal rug is all I was told

I know absolutely nothing about tribal rugs, but I this one caught my attention. The seller wants $300 for this 7X10. There are certain rugs that are mass produced that you can find on every corner. And then there are the rugs that are special
Which category does this fit into? On of the problems is I would have to drive quite a distant, and if I can pick this up on the next corner than doesn't make sense.

Looks like an Engeles spelling is probably wrong but it's not tribal. Price isn't bad but hard to sell.
1940-1950 Both the downloads are the same.

This is not a rug i would call tribal. This one is the opposite, a workshop rug for the foreign market. Younger than 1950.

Doesn't really look like Bibikabad most I've seen had more borders but it could be, need better pictures.

High resolution pictures of full rug, corner and border attached. Ofcourse this means I did pick up the rug. Good shape with no defects that would not be seen on the pictures. My biggest question is the age. Some pretty funky almost lime green colors are on the borders as you can see which would make me think a newer rug, but again I can't assign a color to a period
