Hey everybody, new here to the forums and had a question or two. My grandfather just passed away recently, he usto be involved in the Rug business back in the 60s and early 70s before working for the Hospitals. He left behind this rug of President John F Kennedy, Im trying to remember what he told me about it and cant remember too much, I believe he said it was Persian. Im pretty sure he said there was only a hundred made and its from the early 60s (not sure if after or before JFK died). He recieved it as a gift from one of his buddies during the 60s, his friend made a trip overseas and bought it from the guy who hand made it. Anyone know around about what it is worth?

hi,

really depends on the quality. not too much interest for this type of rug in the market either. If you want to take the required photographs they're linked somewhere here, but usually these don't go for more than a few hundred, and that's for a pretty darn good quality in a seat cushion size.
